Freda Garth is a Huntsville native & graduate of J.O. Johnson High School. She earned her associate’s degree in Word Processing from a local community college and began her career in the real estate industry in 2000. With over two decades of experience, Freda has developed a deep understanding of the closing process & a reputation for her attention to detail and client-centered approach.
She joined the Blue Ink Closing and Title team in the Spring of 2024 as a Real Estate Closer. Freda brings both professionalism and warmth to every transaction, ensuring clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Freda currently lives in Madison with her husband. She is an active member of her Church in Huntsville. Together, she & her husband have three children, three grandchildren, & recently welcomed their first great-grandchild. In her free time, Freda enjoys traveling & spending quality time with her family. Freda is a notary public.
