Katherine is originally from Decatur, Alabama and graduated from Austin High School. She attended the University of North Alabama where she graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Katherine joined the Blue Ink Closing and Title team in the fall of 2020 with 4+ years of experience in the real estate and closing industry. Katherine is part owner of Blue Ink Closing and helps with day-to-day operations, marketing, and client development as the Director of Operations.
She is an active member and Ambassador for the Madison City Chamber of Commerce and was selected to serve as the Ambassador Chair in 2024. She also serves as an active member and committee chair for the Southeast Land Title Association (SLTA). In addition to the Madison City Chamber and SLTA, she is also an active member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, The Scout Guide Huntsville, Kiwanis Club of Madison, NALCOM (North Alabama Commercial Real Estate Community), and the American Land Title Association. She currently lives in Athens with her husband Gary, their daughter and son, and two dogs. Katherine is a notary public.
Fun Fact: On the weekends, Katherine owns and runs a floral company called Sweet Pea Floral, LLC. She has been featured and recognized for her work in many local and national magazines. She and her florals were also filmed on a national television show.
