Born in North Alabama, Max started his journey with a sweet elderly couple in their 80s. But at just 10 weeks old, his boundless energy proved to be a bit too much for them. Luckily, through a mutual friend (and veterinarian), Max found his way to Emily—who, despite never having owned an indoor dog before, welcomed him with open arms.

Emily quickly realized Max had a knack for making people smile, so she started bringing him to Blue Ink, where he became the unofficial greeter for closings. He’s now a proud graduate of basic obedience and behavioral school, mastering important skills like sitting, staying, and—most impressively—jumping.

As a purebred Cavapoo (a mix of a King Charles Cavalier and a Poodle), Max has a few passions in life: digging holes, destroying toys, and, most importantly, standing guard at the office door. Whether he’s keeping a watchful eye on visitors or simply looking adorable, Max is an essential part of the Blue Ink team.
